Cambridge State Bank is now offering its customers the ability to send a secure email to the bank. We recognize the importance of maintaining your security and handling your private information responsibly.
Secure email is the best way to communicate with us and the only way to be sure your confidential information, account number, Social Security Number, and financial statements, to name a few, are delivered safely.
Step 1: The first time you use secure email you will need to Create an Account. You will be taken to the log in screen where you will be prompted to enter your email address and establish a password. Once logged in, you can create a new Secure Email message by clicking on 'Compose'. Or, you can retrieve an email.

How do I retrieve a Secure Email?
When Cambridge State Bank sends you a secure email message, the message is sent to a secure data center where it will be held for you to retrieve. At the same time, a notification message is sent to you to inform you that your secure email message is ready to be retrieved. The notification email will contain a link to our secure website. Simply click on the link, log into the secure website, and retrieve your message. Only you can access your email with your username and password. You can read the Secure Email, download it to your computer, or send a secure reply.
How to send a Secure Email?
To send a secure email to Cambridge State Bank, click on the Secure Email link on the bank's website. You will be taken to the login screen where you will be prompted to enter your email address and password. Once logged in, you can create a new secure email message by clicking on the 'Compose' tab. In addition, you can attach confidential documents such as financial statements or tax returns. A single email and attachment must not exceed 10 MB in size.
You must know the email address of the employee you wish to direct the secure email to.
